FPL is just a game. customer service isn't.

We take our customer service seriously. We've been on the receiving end of rubbish customer service and it's almost as bad as a red arrow.

We won't let that happen to you. After all, FPL is stressful enough.

So if you're not happy with anything - and we mean EN-EE-THING - get in touch. Seriously, do it. One of our call centre representatives based in Mumbai will contact you within 10-300 working days...
...just kidding. You'll reach a fellow FPL manager who'll know how to help.
  • I've got a very specific and possibly even weird request. Can you help?
    Almost definitely. Just send us an email and we'll do what we can. Don't hold back either - we've probably seen it before.
  • I live abroad - do you deliver?
    Congratulations. What's the weather like where you are? Oh, and yes, we'll deliver. It'll cost you a little more for obvious reasons, but even if you're tweaking your FPL team from the Arctic Tundra, we'll find you.
  • What's the secret to FPL greatness?
    Order from us and we might just tell you... (seriously though, if you ever get an answer to this one please do send us an email. We'll give you a free mug or something.)
